The First Annual of SouthField’s Classic 5K Road Race!

What a fun night to run a road race in a heat wave! In spite of 90+ temps and sticky humidity The Commons Team ran a two mile course through SouthField looking sharp in bright T’s. Originally the race was to be three miles but was curtailed due to the brutal heat. The team was made up of Kelli, John, Rick, Robin, Shelagh and Razi sporting shirts that say “At least we rent apartments faster than we run!”

The road race was an event organized by SouthField, a planned community located in South Weymouth and minutes from the South Weymouth Commuter Rail Station.
